- A non-refundable deposit (10–20% of total cost) is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the flight or service date.

- Any additional transaction fees are the responsibility of the client.
- Medical rescue flights will always be given priority over regular bookings.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the service date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the service date are non-refundable.
- If Book A Heli cancels a trip, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
- Emergency situations may be considered for rescheduling.
3. Weather and Flight Delays
Due to unpredictable mountain weather:
- Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled for safety reasons.
- Passenger safety is our top priority.
- In such cases, clients may choose rescheduling or partial refund options depending on circumstances.
4. Weight and Health Requirements
- Clients must inform us of any medical conditions in advance.
- Weight checks may be required before boarding for safety reasons.
- Failure to meet safety requirements may result in denied boarding.
5. Safety Rules
- All passengers must strictly follow crew instructions.
- Any violation of safety rules may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
- Safety of passengers and crew is our highest priority.
6. Trip Postponement by Client
- If a trip is postponed due to personal reasons, payments are non-refundable.
- Bookings may remain valid for 1 to 3 years, depending on availability.
7. Insurance
- We do not provide travel insurance.
- Clients are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage.
- Helicopter flights involve natural risks due to weather and terrain conditions.
8. Pricing and Additional Costs
- Prices may change due to operational or external factors.
- Clients will be informed of any changes whenever possible.
- Additional services or changes may incur extra charges.
9. Charter and Customized Flights
